Rev. Eddy Ray Mattison

Honea Path- Rev Eddy Ray Mattison, 66, husband of Donna Ridge Mattison of Anderson Circle died Monday, December 10, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born in Anderson, he was the son of the late William Ray and Rosa Lee Holliday Mattison.  Rev. Mattison had been ordained at Mt Bethel Baptist Church in Belton. During his ministry he had served Belulah Baptist of Fountain Inn, Flat Shoals Baptist of Hartwell, Ga, and Poplar Springs Baptist of Iva.  After retiring he served as interim pastor at Mt Bethel Church and was active with the Masters Mission Ministries. 

In addition to his wife of the home he is survived by several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Chiquola Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Powell, Rev. Darrell Rooks and Rev. Joe Black officiating.  Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.
