Patricia "Trisha" Lynn (Powell) Oxner

Honea Path- Patricia “Trisha” Lynn Powell Oxner, 58, wife of Kenneth Wayne Oxner, of Gate Rd., died Friday, December 7, 2018 at her home.

Born in Anderson, she was the daughter of Bonnie Wicker Powell and the late Gerald Powell.  Mrs. Oxner was a member of Light House Baptist Church in Greenwood.  She worked at the Hospice Restore in Honea Path.

In addition to her husband of the home and mother of Anderson, she is survived by two sons, Cody and Corey Oxner of the home, one daughter, Courtney Marshall (Allen) of Honea Path, three brothers, Steve Powell of Greer, Jacky Powell (Carla) of Honea Path , Ricky Powell of Anderson and one sister, Terry Manley of Abbeville.  She has seven grandchildren, Starluh, Bayleigh, Callie, Makinlee, Blakely, Turner, and Ava.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Vaughn officiating.  Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.

The family is at the home and will receive friends from 2-3 P.M. Sunday at Pruitt Funeral Home prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Judes Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
