Brenda Joyce (Fields) Wood

Brenda Joyce Fields Wood, 74, of Belton SC, passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018.

Born on September 26, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Bratton and Margie M. Fields and the wife to the late Wesley Wood.

She is survived by 3 children: Preston (Elaine) Wood, Angie (Mason) Gary and Todd (Nanette) Wood; her 8 grandchildren that she loved dearly, Christopher Wood, Brooke Wood, Meredith Gary Durham, Mason Gary II, Madison Gary, Morgan Wood Young, April Wood and Phillip Wood; 7 great-grandchildren that held a special place in her heart; 3 sisters: Sherry (Jim) Senn, Gail (Steve) Riddle and Bonnie (Earl) Ashley.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by a sister, Linda G. Fields.

A funeral service will be held at Eastview Baptist Church in Belton, SC, on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 2pm. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories.

Visitation will be held prior to the service at the church on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 1pm to 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Rainey Hospice House.
