Betty Pledger Rhodes, 91, widow of Arthel Rhodes, died Wednesday, June 06, 2018 at Ellenburg Nursing Center.

Born in Gastonia, NC, she was the daughter of the late Emory and Ammie Bailey Pledger. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.

Surviving are: sons, Dennis and Richard Rhodes, both of Belton; sister, Kathleen Dunn of Belton; 5 grandsons; 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

Graveside service will be held 2pm Friday at Garden of Memories mausoleum.

The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to BIMA.

The family will be at their respective homes.

Cox Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
